Emergency Threads started in 2015 with a single needle embroidery sewing machine working primarily with single color designs, which we quickly outgrew, as we started to get requests for more complex designs.
In 2018, our first commercial multi-needle embroidery machine was purchased and since then we have expanded to 3 machines allowing us the opportunity to run single jobs or large runs of the same design.
Emergency Threads uses the Melco EMT-16X modular embroidery system along with the Melco Design Shop embroidery software.
